What kind of cakes do you do?
Just Crumbs is a custom cakery that offers wedding cakes, groom’s cake, and we are adding a holiday series cakes.

Do you cover your cakes with fondant?
Yes, and honestly that is what I prefer.  The fondant that I use is a high quality and great tasting fondant.  My husband has never been a “fondant fan”, but he loves the fondant I use.

Do you work around allergies?
Yes, I can work around most food allergies, except for dairy and egg allergies. Just make sure to let me know what your needs are, and I will do my very best to make the accommodations for you!

Do you have a gluten free option?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

When should I contact you for a cake?
I tell people the sooner the better that way you can secure your date.  We have had people book a year in advance and some months such a April, May, October, and September fill up very quickly.

What is the best way to get in touch with you?
I definitely prefer e-mail, because I don’t always have the ability to answer the phone. I will send sketches of cakes and estimates through e-mail, because I like everything to be in black and white (and some color too!) so there is no confusion.

What do I need to bring to a consultation/ cake tasting?
Anything you feel would be important to the design of your cake i.e. pictures, fabric swatches, your colors, invitations, cake topper, etc.
